Noon seller terms and conditions

1. Definitions
  • "Platform": Noon's website, mobile apps, and seller portals.
  • "Seller": Any individual or entity registered to sell products via Noon.
  • "Customer": End users purchasing products through the Platform.
  • "Products": Goods listed by the Seller on Noon.
  • "Services": Logistics, payments, marketing, fulfillment, and other services provided by Noon.
2. Seller Eligibility & Account Registration
  • Sellers must be legally registered businesses with valid commercial documentation.
  • All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • Noon reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any Seller account at its discretion.
  • Sellers are responsible for all activity conducted through their account.

No sugar-coating: if your documents are wrong or expired, your account can be frozen.

3. Product Listings & Content
  • Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of product listings.
  • Prohibited items, counterfeit goods, or IP-infringing products are strictly forbidden.
  • Product images, descriptions, and pricing must reflect the actual item delivered.

No excuses: "supplier mistake" won't save you if customers complain.

Which document do I need?
If your annual taxable supplies exceed AED 375,000 — you must provide a VAT registration document from the FTA. If your annual taxable supplies are below AED 375,000 — you can submit a non-VAT declaration instead.
Important
If your supplies grow to exceed AED 375,000 — either on or off the noon platform — you'll be required to provide a VAT registration at that time.

Why do we need this?
Your bank account is where noon will deposit your earnings from sales. Make sure the account is in your company's name or your name as the business owner.
